Backup software for photos of 1hhd to another?

Hello, I am a photographer and I have 2 300gig external FireWire drives and I keep all my pictures and keep them in a backup if the hard drive fails others. this software would be best for this? then replace when filled with 2 new units.

There are several ways to do so. Best thing is to have a daisy-chain configuration. Many external hard drives allow for multiple hard disk drives (same brand) to be connected. Otherwise, look at a product called Veritas (www.veritas.com) which is a very good backup software. You can configure multiple backup types, including one to create a disk mirroring the other (which is essentially what you want). Google search software reflects the unit for a list of other software to help you and be cheaper. Mirror is the way forward because that, as a unit to keep the other unit will be automatically updated to reflect the primary hard drive.
