Problem with Buffalo external hard drive that I bought a few months ago a comet?

The power supply that plugs into the unit itself receives a shot. Inside the connector pins are bent and there is no way to access the hard disk externally. Buffalo tried to see if they replace but they were not helpful at all stores and some others say they do not. Someone knows of a shop / store that may be able to give me the power supply itself.
